Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 2 ripe mangoes
  • 1 red chilli pepper
  • 2 Limes
  • 1 collar Coriander
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt

Directions

    Cut the mango pulp with skin in large pieces close to the stone. Peel and roughly dice the flesh. Halve chillies lengthwise, remove seeds, wash, dab dry and chop finely.

    Mix mango cubes and chili. Halve the limes and squeeze over them. Wash coriander, shake dry and chop coarsely. Add to salad. Season with salt.
