Clean, wash and cut the peppers into strips. Peel onions and cut them into strips. Wash the oregano, dab dry, except for a little to garnish, pluck off the leaves and chop.
Peel the garlic and press it through a garlic press. Wash the chilli and cut into fine rings. Heat oil in a pan. Sauté the minced meat for about 5 minutes, chopping it with a spatula.
Season with salt, chili, oregano and garlic. Drain corn and beans, rinse and drain. Add the vegetables to the mince and fry for another 8 minutes. After 4 minutes stir in tomatoes and chop them coarsely with a spatula.
Season to taste with salt and sugar. Arrange in bowls and garnish with oregano. Serve with sour cream and white bread.
