Chicory-Salat mit Limetten-Crème fraîche

  • 4 Chicory tubers
  • 200 g cherry tomatoes
  • 1 Boxes Cress
  • 3 Limes
  • 1 (150 g) Becher Crème fraîche
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Lime Wheel

Directions

    Clean and wash the chicory. Remove the outer 4-5 leaves from each. Finely chop the remaining chicory. Wash, clean and quarter the tomatoes. Cut the cress short. Mix 1 lime and oil with the juice and arrange on the outer chicory leaves.

    Wash the rest of the lime, grate the peel, squeeze the juice. Mix crème fraiche, lime juice and zest. Season to taste with salt, pepper and sugar and add to the salad. Serve garnished with lime wheels.
