Chicory field salad with mandarins

Ingredients

  • 2 pistons Chicory
  • 100 g Lamb's lettuce
  • 4 Tangerines
  • 1 Avocado
  • 50 g Walnut kernels
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Lemon juice
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Lemon Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sugar

Directions

    Remove the outer leaves from the chicory. Cut the chicory in half lengthwise and cut out the stalk. Cut the halves into strips. Sort lamb's lettuce, wash and drain. Peel the mandarins and divide into slices. Cut avocado in half, peel and remove the stone.

    Cut the halves into pieces. Chop walnuts roughly. Mix oil and lemon juice. Season with salt, lemon pepper and sugar. Mix the salad ingredients with the lemon vinaigrette
