Ingredients

Servings: 8
  • 2 can(s) (425 ml each, extract weight 240 g) Chick peas
  • 3 Garlic cloves
  • 1/2 glass (370 ml, 350 g) Sesame paste (tahini)
  • 150 g Whole milk yoghurt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Juice of 1 1/2 lemons
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 1/4 TEASPOON Cumin
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 1 TEASPOON Sweet peppers
  • 7-10 Tbsp some parsley leaves

Directions

    Drain the chickpeas well. Peel the garlic. Puree both together with the cutting stick of the hand mixer. Stir in sesame paste, yoghurt and lemon juice.

    Season to taste with salt and cumin. Pour into a small bowl. Drizzle olive oil over it, dust with paprika. Garnish with parsley
