Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 500-600 g mixed berries
  • 7-10 Tbsp (e.g. raspberries, currants, strawberries and blackberries)
  • 8 Ladyfingers
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Raspberry brandy, orange-
  • 7-10 Tbsp Liqueur or orange juice
  • 1 fresh egg (Gr. M)
  • 7-10 Tbsp grated rind of
  • 1/2 untreated lemon
  • 2 TEASPOONS Lemon juice
  • 150-200 g Mascarpone
  • 7-10 Tbsp (Italian cream cheese)
  • 7-10 Tbsp or double cream
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Sugar
  • 1 package Vanillin sugar
  • 1 TABLESPOON Icing sugar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Mint

    Select the berries or clean and drain them. Crumble the biscuits. Divide into 4 fireproof moulds. Sprinkle with raspberry brandy

    Separate the egg. Mix egg yolk, lemon peel and juice, mascarpone, sugar and vanillin sugar. Beat egg white until stiff and fold in

    Spread the berries on the lady fingers. Pour cream over them and bake at high heat in the oven or under the preheated grill until golden brown. Dust with icing sugar and decorate with mint if desired
