Ingredients

  • 2 cleaned tomatoes (150 g)
  • 1/2-1 cleaned garlic clove
  • 50 g cleaned cucumber
  • 150 g Skimmed milk yoghurt
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper, thyme
  • 120 g Chicken filet
  • 1/2 tsp (2.5 g) Oil
  • 1 disc (à 30 g) Whole grain toast

Directions

    Cut off the tomato lid. Remove the inside. Chop garlic. Grate cucumber. Mix both with yoghurt, season and fill into the tomatoes. Spread fillet with thyme and oil. Fry for about 10 minutes, season.
