Chicken wings in sesame crust

Ingredients

  • 80 g Asian egg noodles
  • 40 g frozen peas
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 1 Spring onion
  • 1 small red onion
  • 2 TEASPOONS + 1 tablespoon of oil
  • 2 TEASPOONS Soy sauce
  • 1 TEASPOON Honey
  • 2 TEASPOONS Lime juice
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 egg (size M)
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Sesame
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Breadcrumbs
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Flour
  • 3 Chicken wings (à approx. 60 g)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Chives

Directions

    Cook the pasta and peas in boiling salted water for about 5 minutes. Drain, quench and let drain. Clean and wash spring onion and cut into thick rings. Peel red onion and cut into fine rings.

    Mix 2 teaspoons of oil, soy sauce, honey and lime juice. Season with pepper. Mix the noodles, peas, spring onion and red onion with the vinaigrette. Pour the pasta salad into a bowl and let it soak through.

    In the meantime, mix egg, salt and pepper in a deep plate. Mix sesame and breadcrumbs. Put flour and breadcrumbs-sesame in a plate. Wash chicken wings, dab dry and turn first in flour, then in egg and finally in breadcrumbs sesame.

    Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large frying pan. Fry the chicken wings for about 11 minutes, turning them over. Arrange the chicken wings on a plate. Garnish with chives. Add pasta salad.
