Wash the limes and rub them dry. Rub the peel off 1 lime. Squeeze the lime. Mix jam, ketchup, oil, lime juice and zest.
Season sauce with cayenne pepper and salt. Wash chicken wings, dab dry and spread with the sauce. Cut the rest of the lime into slices. Place the wings and lime slices on an oiled fat pan and roast in a preheated oven (electric range: 200 °C/ gas: level 3) for approx. 15 minutes
