Ingredients

  • 2-3 Garlic cloves
  • 1 kg Chicken filet
  • 50 ml freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 200 ml Teriyaki-Marinade
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 50 g shelled sesame
  • 200 ml Salsa alle spezie Asia
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp freshly ground white pepper
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  • 7-10 Tbsp sesame, slices of lime, red chilli and chervil
  • 7-10 Tbsp wooden skewers

Directions

    Peel the garlic and press it through a garlic press. Wash fillets thoroughly, dab dry and cut into small cubes. For the marinade, mix lime juice, 75 ml Teriyaki marinade and garlic. Add chicken fillet cubes to the marinade and leave to marinate for approx. 2 hours. Turn the meat several times. Put the meat on a sieve and let it drain.

    Heat oil in a pan, add meat cubes and fry vigorously all around, turning. Place 2-3 pieces of meat on wooden skewers as desired. Roast sesame seeds in a pan without fat, deglaze with remaining Teriyaki marinade and Asian spice sauce and bring to the boil. Season to taste with salt, pepper and sugar. Sprinkle sesame seeds on skewers as desired and serve garnished with slices of lime and chilli. Add sauce garnished with chervil if desired
