Wash the chillies, cut lengthwise and remove seeds. Chop the chillies. Finely chop the peanuts. Mix peanuts and chillies.
Whisk eggs and cream. Wash chicken legs and pat dry. First turn in flour, then in egg cream and finally in peanuts. Place the legs on a greased grease pan of the oven and roast in the preheated oven (electric range: 200 °C/ gas: level 3) for 35-40 minutes
