Wash chicken legs and pat dry. Season with salt and pepper. Heat 3 tablespoons of oil in a frying pan. Fry the legs for about 15 minutes at medium heat, turning them several times. Chop caraway finely, mix with paprika powder and 1-2 tbsp. oil.
1-2 minutes before the end of the roasting time, brush the legs with paprika oil. Remove the legs and arrange them on plates.
