Chicken filet with sage-bacon filling

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 4 Chicken fillets (approx. 250 g each)
  • 8 discs (approx. 80 g) Bacon
  • several sheets Sage
  • 7-10 Tbsp Steak Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 40 g Butter or margarine

Directions

    Wash the chicken fillets, dab dry and cut twice on the upper side. Cut the bacon slices in half and put one sage leaf each into the incisions. Season fillets with steak pepper and salt and fry in hot fat for 8-10 minutes on each side
