Wash the chicken filet and dab dry. Season with thyme and fry all around in hot oil. Remove and cut into slices. Wash, clean and slice the cucumber and tomatoes. Peel onion and cut into half rings.
Mix cucumber, tomatoes, onion and olives. For the marinade mix 1-2 tablespoons of water, some herb vinegar and dill in the frying fat. Pour over the salad. Arrange salad and chicken filet on a plate. Serve with a slice of farmhouse bread
