Ingredients

  • 400 g Fresh cream
  • 500 g Chicken filet
  • 750 g Mushrooms
  • 20 g Grease
  • 1 cup/s Water
  • 150 g Grated cheese
  • 1 salt and pepper
  • 1 Stock cube
  • 200 g Cream
  • 1 Butter flakes

Directions

    Cut the mushrooms into halves and sauté them with salt and pepper, season them a little bit Add crème fraiche and cream Add a coffee cup of water Add a stock cube Add some salt and pepper and some garlic powder

    Layer the chicken fillet in the casserole dish when the sauce has boiled over the chicken fillet Sprinkle cheese over it Bake in a preheated oven at 250 degrees for 20 minutes
