Chili oil with tarragon and laurel (4 times different)

Ingredients

Servings: 1
  • 1–2 red chillies
  • 4-5 Stem(s) Tarragon
  • 2 Bay leaves
  • 500 ml Olive oil

Directions

    Clean, wash and cut the chilli pepper and remove the seeds. Wash tarragon, dab dry and remove coarse stalks. Pour bay leaf, tarragon and chilli into a bottle. Fill up with olive oil so that everything is covered and leave to stand for 3-4 weeks

    Tip: It is quicker if you place half of the prepared bottle in a pot of water and keep it warm for 30-40 minutes shortly before boiling
