Ingredients

  • 600 g Chicken filet
  • 4-6 medium-sized tomatoes
  • 4 small onions
  • 1-2 garlic cloves or 1 garlic bulb
  • 1 untreated lemon
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Basil oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 TABLESPOON Herb Vinegar
  • 50 g black olives
  • several sheets Basil and thyme

Directions

    Wash the chicken fillets and pat them dry. Wash, clean and halve the tomatoes. Peel and halve onions. Peel garlic cloves and press them through a garlic press or cut the garlic bulb in half. Wash, dry and slice the lemon. Heat the basil oil in a large frying pan. Sauté the garlic in it.

    Fry the fillets, tomatoes and onions for about 15 minutes, turning them carefully. Add lemon slices after 10 minutes. Season everything with salt and pepper. Drizzle with vinegar. Arrange chicken fillet with tomatoes and onions. Sprinkle with fresh herbs and olives. Serve with ribbon noodles
