Chicken breast with rosemary

Ingredients

  • 8-10 Chicken filets (150 g each)
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 2 stem(s) fresh rosemary
  • 6 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Lemon juice
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, white pepper

Directions

    Wash the meat and pat dry. Peel garlic and cut into slices. Wash the rosemary and remove the needles. Mix both with oil and lemon juice. Spread over the meat. Cover and leave to stand for at least 4 hours.

    Remove the meat from the marinade and let it drain. Grill on the hot grill for 8-10 minutes. Spread the marinade more often. Season with salt and pepper
