Cook the pasta in boiling salted water according to the instructions on the packet. In the meantime cut ham into small pieces. Chervil roughly chop. Peel onion and cut into fine cubes. Whisk eggs and milk. Season with salt and pepper. Drain the pasta and let it drain.
Heat the oil in an ovenproof pan (approx. 24 cm Ø). Brown the onion in it. Add noodles, peas, ham and chervil. Season with salt and pepper. Drizzle egg milk evenly over the pasta. Put into the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ convection oven: 175 °C/ gas: level 3) and let it set for about 20 minutes. Serve generously sprinkled with fresh chervil
