Ingredients

  • 250 g festkochen
  • 7-10 Tbsp Potatoes
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 (approx. 30 g) Disc
  • 7-10 Tbsp lean cooked ham
  • 1/2 tsp (3 g) Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 Egg (Gr. S)
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS Milk
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sweet peppers
  • 1 Gherkin
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Beetroot and possibly parsley to garnish (glass)

Directions

    Peel, wash and slice the potatoes. Peel the onion. Cut ham and onion into cubes

    Heat the oil in a coated pan. Fry the potatoes in it while turning. Cover and fry over medium heat for about 15 minutes. Turn from time to time. Fry onion and ham for about 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper

    Whisk egg and milk. Season with salt, pepper and paprika and pour over the potatoes. Leave to stand over medium heat. Cut cucumber into slices and arrange on the farmer's breakfast. Garnish with beetroot and parsley
