Ingredients

Servings: 6
  • 1 glass (370 ml) Cherries (for diabetics)
  • 1/4 l + 3 tablespoons low-fat milk
  • 1/2 package Pudding powder "Vanilla"
  • 7-10 Tbsp liquid sweetener
  • 75 g Low-fat curd
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 40 g Diabetic sweetness
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 150 g Flour
  • 1 TEASPOON Baking Powder
  • 60 g Apricot fruit spread
  • baking paper

Directions

    Drain the cherries well. Take 3 tablespoons of 1/4 l milk, mix pudding powder with it. Boil up the rest, thicken with custard powder. Season with sweetener. Let the pudding cool down

    Mix quark, oil, 3 tablespoons of milk, sweetness and 1 pinch of salt. Mix flour and baking powder. Stir in half, knead in the rest

    Divide the dough into 6 pieces and roll each one out round (approx. 12 cm Ø). Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Spread the pudding and cherries on top. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 175 °C/circulating air: 150 °C/gas: level 2) for about 15 minutes. Stir the spread until smooth. Spread the cherry taler while still hot and let it cool down
