Drain the cherries well in a sieve. Roughly chop the chocolate. Cream soft fat, sugar, vanillin sugar and salt. Stir in the eggs one after the other. Mix flour, starch and baking powder, sieve over and stir in briefly. Fold in cherries and chocolate
Insert 3 paper forms in each case. Fill in 1 well heaped tablespoon of dough each. Place the tins on a grid and bake in a preheated oven (electric: 200 °C / convection: 175 °C / gas: level 3) for 20-30 minutes.
