Knead curd, egg yolk, 5 tbsp. oil, milk, 250 g flour, baking powder and 1/2 tsp. salt to a smooth dough. Roll out oval (approx. 20 x 40 cm) on a little flour. Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper
Wash and slice the tomatoes. Drain and halve the artichokes. Cut mozzarella into slices
Spread the dough with tomato paste. Cover with tomatoes, artichokes, olives, ham and mozzarella. Season with salt, pepper and dried herbs. Drizzle 2 tablespoons of oil over it and sprinkle Parmesan cheese over it
Bake the pizza in a preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/circulating air: 175 °C/gas: level 3) for 15-20 minutes until golden brown
