Ingredients

  • 1.7 kg Sour cherries
  • 50 g Almonds with skin
  • 500 g Super Gelier sugar 1:3

Directions

    Wash, stalk and stone the cherries. Boil the almonds for about 1 minute, rinse and peel the skin. Weigh 1.5 kg cherries and mix well with jam sugar in a large pot. Bring to the boil while stirring over high heat.

    Add the almonds. Boil thoroughly for at least 3 minutes while stirring continuously. Immediately fill the cooked food to the brim into prepared glasses, close them and place them on the lid for about 5 minutes. Store jam in a cool and dark place
