Melt the margarine. Put silk tofu, tofu, sugar, vanilla sugar, lemon peel, starch and margarine in a blender. Puree everything until creamy, fill into a greased springform pan (20 cm Ø) and spread frozen berries on top
Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 175 °C/ convection oven: 150 °C/ gas: see manufacturer) for approx. 50 minutes. Take out, let cool and arrange on a plate
