Heat the milk, butter and sugar and add to the remaining ingredients. Knead a smooth dough. Let the dough rise twice.
Mix the ingredients of the filling together.
Roll out the dough (approx. 50x50), spread with melted butter and place the filling on top. Press lightly, roll up and then cut into slices about 1cm thick.
Bake in the oven at about 180°C (not too dark).
Mix the glaze ingredients until smooth and decorate the snails with it.
