Cheesecake cream with mango-passion fruit sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe mango
  • 3-5 Tbsp Orange juice
  • 3 Passion Fruit
  • 150 g Mascarpone
  • 250 g Low-fat curd
  • 3-4 Tbsp Sugar
  • 1 package Vanilla sugar
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Lime juice
  • 1 easy go. Tbsp. sauce powder vanilla (without cooking)
  • 150 g Whipped cream
  • 1 TEASPOON Sugar syrup
  • 7-10 Tbsp Cocoa
  • 12–15 Amarettini

Directions

    Peel the mango, cut the flesh off the stone and puree with orange juice. Halve the passion fruit. Remove the pulp with a spoon, stir into the mango puree

    Mix mascarpone, quark, sugar, vanilla sugar and lime juice. Stir in sauce powder. Whip cream until stiff and fold in

    Possibly spread a bowl thinly with sugar syrup and dust with cocoa. Coarsely crumble the Amarettini and spread it on the bottom of the bowl. Pour cream on top. Pour some sauce on the cream. Dust with cocoa. Add the rest of the sauce
