Cheese toast with Reetdam cheese

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 4 small pears
  • 4 discs Wheat toast bread
  • 200 g Reetdam cheese in slices
  • 4 TABLESPOONS thickened cranberries

Directions

    Wash and quarter the pears, remove the core. Cut the pears into cubes. Divide into 4 toast slices. Cut cheese into strips. Cover toast with cheese. Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper.

    Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ convection oven: 175 °C/ gas: level 3) for approx. 10 minutes. Arrange toast with cranberries on plates.
