Cheese salad with mustard dressing

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 2-3 TEASPOONS Mustard (e.g. more granular)
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS Vinegar
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, white pepper
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Oil (e.g. olive oil)
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 red pepper
  • 50 g Field and oak leaf salad
  • 1 Radicchio salad
  • 150 g Tilsiter or Gouda

Directions

    Mix mustard and vinegar. Season with salt, pepper and sugar. Whip the oil well into the mixture

    Peel and halve the onion. Clean and wash the peppers. Paprika in thin strips, onion in fine rings cut

    Clean, wash and drain salads well. Cut into strips or pluck into pieces. Cut cheese into sticks

    Arrange onions, peppers, cheese and salads on plates. Drizzle the marinade over them. Farmhouse bread tastes good with it

    -fresh mixed leaf salads are available's often already cleaned and packed in 200 g foil bags or trays (in the refrigerator)

    -You can season the mustard dressing additionally with some fresh or dried dill tips

  7. 7

    -So's spicier: replace half of the cheese with diced blue cheese
