Cheese potatoes with two sauces

Ingredients

  • 8 medium-sized potatoes (about 1,5 kg)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Oil
  • 100 g Gouda cheese
  • 1 TABLESPOON caraway and sesame
  • 1 small red pepper
  • 100 g Feta cheese
  • 150 g Skimmed milk yoghurt
  • 1 TABLESPOON Olive oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp white pepper
  • 200 g Tomatoes
  • 1 medium onion
  • 2-3 stem(s) Thyme and
  • 7-10 Tbsp rosemary or 2 teaspoons
  • 7-10 Tbsp Herbs of Provence
  • 1 TABLESPOON Tomato Ketchup
  • 1 knife tip Sambal Oelek
  • 7-10 Tbsp or black pepper

Directions

    Wash the potatoes thoroughly and cut them in half lengthwise. Place them with the cut side down on an oiled baking tray, thinly sprinkled with salt. Bake in a hot oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/circulating air: 175 °C/gas: level 3) for approx. 20 minutes

    Grate Gouda cheese. Turn potatoes and sprinkle with cheese. Sprinkle half of the potatoes with caraway seeds, half with sesame seeds. Bake for another 20-25 minutes

    Clean, wash and finely dice the peppers. Dice feta cheese. Mix both with yoghurt and oil. Season to taste with salt and pepper

    Wash the tomatoes. Peel the onion. Dice both finely. Wash and chop the herbs. Mix everything with ketchup. Season to taste with salt and sambal. Potatoes and sauces
