Caribbean coconut balls

Ingredients

  • 100 g Coconut flake
  • 50 g liquid honey
  • 100 g Whipped cream
  • 25 g Double cream cream cheese
  • 1 pack of Sauce powder "Chocolate flavor
  • 50 g Sugar
  • 500 ml Milk
  • 7-10 Tbsp Carambola, mint and coconut chips

Directions

    Knead 75 g grated coconut, honey, 25 g cream and cream cheese with the dough hooks of the hand mixer. Put the mixture in a cool place for about 1 hour. In the meantime stir sauce powder, sugar and 8 tablespoons of milk until smooth.

    Bring the rest of the milk to the boil, stir in the sauce powder and bring to the boil again while stirring. Remove from the stove and let it cool down. Lightly whip the rest of the cream with the whisk of the hand mixer.

    Form 12 balls from the coconut mass and then turn them into the remaining coconut flakes. Pour a little chocolate sauce with cream streaks through it and put it on dessert plates. Place three balls on each plate. Serve decorated with carambola, mint and coconut chips.

    Add the rest of the sauce separately.
