Cappuccino cream with yoghurt ice cream

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 200 g Whipped cream
  • 3-4 Tsp Bean coffee with cocoa and sugar or cappuccino powder (instant)
  • 7-10 Tbsp some sugar
  • 100 g Raspberries
  • 250 ml Ice cream (e.g. "yoghurt forest fruit")
  • 1/2 TEASPOON Cocoa powder
  • 7-10 Tbsp Lemon balm

Directions

    Whip the cream until semi-stiff, sprinkle in coffee powder and possibly some sugar

    Select raspberries, wash if necessary. Arrange the ice cream in balls or cubes with the raspberries and cappuccino cream. Dust with cocoa. Decorate with lemon balm if desired.
