Ingredients

  • 1 bottle (250 ml) barbecue sauce
  • 200 g Whipped cream
  • 5 TABLESPOONS Maple syrup
  • 5 TABLESPOONS Whiskey (or brandy)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp coarse pepper
  • 1 pinch Chilli powder
  • 3 red and yellow peppers
  • 800 g Potatoes
  • 3 large onions
  • 500 g Turkey Breast
  • 1 kg mixed goulash
  • 8-10 Stem(s) Marjoram

Directions

    Put barbecue sauce, cream, maple syrup, whiskey and 1 l water in a large pot with a lid. Season with 1 1⁄2 tsp salt, 1 1⁄2 tsp pepper and chili.

    Clean and wash the peppers and cut them into cubes of approx. 2 x 2 cm. Peel and wash the potatoes and cut them into pieces. Peel and chop onions. Wash turkey breast, dab dry and cut into approx. 3 x 3 cm cubes.

    Dab the goulash dry. Wash the marjoram and pluck the leaves from the stalks. Put everything into the pot and mix.

    Bring to the boil covered and cook over medium heat for about 1 1⁄2 hours. Season party pot to taste. Add a dash of sour cream.
