Ingredients

  • 1/2 Pointed cabbage (approx. 450 g)
  • 125 g cherry tomatoes
  • 1 Onion
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Butter or margarine
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 package (172 g) Ham-Fleckln
  • 75 g grated pasta cheese
  • 7-10 Tbsp Java peppercorn

Directions

    Clean, wash and cut the pointed cabbage into strips. Wash, drain and halve the cherry tomatoes. Peel and finely chop the onion. Heat the fat in a frying pan, fry the pointed cabbage and onions for 2-3 minutes. Season with a little salt and pepper, pour on 1/2 litre of cold water and stir in the ham patties.

    Cook for about 10 minutes until the liquid has evaporated. Stir occasionally. For the last 3-4 minutes, fold in the tomatoes and add to the cooking. Sprinkle cheese on the hot spots, let it melt and serve sprinkled with coloured pepper
