Peel, wash and halve 1 potato. Cover and cook in salted water for about 20 minutes
Clean, wash and cut the peppers into thin strips. Peel and finely chop the onion. Wash and finely chop the parsley
Dab steak. Fry in hot oil for 2-3 minutes on each side. Season and push to the edge of the pan
Add onion and paprika to the pan and fry for about 5 minutes. Stir in tomatoes, bring to the boil. Season with salt, pepper and sweet paprika. Refine with cream. Drain the potatoes. Arrange everything and sprinkle with parsley
