Butter waffles with oatmeal

Ingredients

Servings: 16
  • 2 TABLESPOONS + 250 g soft butter
  • 50 g + 100 g tender oat flakes
  • 2 TABLESPOONS + 100 g sugar
  • 50 g flaked almonds
  • 500 g creamy yoghurt (3,5 %)
  • 4 packages Vanillin sugar
  • 100 g + 250 g whipped cream
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 6 eggs , 500 g flour (Gr. M)
  • 1 package Baking Powder
  • 1/4 l Milk
  • 7-10 Tbsp Grease

Directions

    Heat 2 tablespoons of butter. Add 50 g oat flakes, 2 tablespoons of sugar and almonds and roast until golden brown. Take out, cool down

    Mix yoghurt and 3 sachets of vanillin sugar. Whip 100 g cream until stiff. Fold into the yoghurt. Put it in a cold place

    Roast 100 g oat flakes in a pan and let them cool down. Cream 250 g butter, 100 g sugar, 1 sachet vanilla sugar and salt. Stir in the eggs one by one. Mix the flour, 100 g roasted oat flakes and baking powder, alternating with 250 g cream and milk

    Grease the waffle iron, preheat it. Put 1 1/2-2 tablespoons of dough into each waffle iron and bake until golden yellow. Bake about 16 waffles in total. Serve with yoghurt cream and almond oat flakes. Serve with maple syrup or honey
