Lemon cake with mandarin quark

  • 40 g calorie-reduced mandarin oranges (canned)
  • 20 g low-fat yoghurt
  • 30 g Low-fat curd
  • 1 TEASPOON Vanillin sugar
  • 1 disc (approx. 50 g) Lemon cake

Directions

    Drain the mandarin oranges. Mix yoghurt, quark and vanillin sugar. Put 2 mandarin fillets aside, cut the rest into small pieces and stir into the quark. Place the quark on the cake slice with an ice-cream scoop.

    Decorated with mandarins, consume immediately.
