Ingredients

  • 1 glass (370 ml) Cherries
  • 125 g Dark chocolate
  • 175 g soft butter or margarine
  • 325 g Sugar
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 package Vanillin sugar
  • 4 Eggs (size M)
  • 300 g Flour
  • 1 package Baking Powder
  • 5 TABLESPOONS Milk
  • 600 g Double cream cream cheese
  • 7-10 Tbsp scraped pulp from 1 vanilla pod
  • 7-10 Tbsp Fat and flour

Directions

    Drain the cherries well. Chop 50 g chocolate. Cream fat, 175 g sugar, salt and vanilla sugar with the whisk of the hand mixer. Stir in the eggs one after the other. Mix flour and baking powder and stir in alternately with milk. Carefully fold in cherries and chocolate

    Grease the troughs of a muffin tin (12 troughs) and dust with flour. Spread the dough evenly. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 175 °C/ convection oven: 150 °C/ gas: stage 2) for 20-25 minutes. Remove from the oven, allow to cool for approx. 10 minutes, then remove muffins from the trays. Let them cool down

    Mix cream cheese with vanilla pulp and 150 g sugar until smooth. Pour into a piping bag with a large star-shaped spout. Spray cream onto the muffins. Put them in a cold place. Chop 75 g chocolate. Melt carefully over a warm water bath. Sprinkle the muffins over the tartlets. Keep cold until serving
