Use the dough ingredients to make a kneaded dough which is evenly distributed in the springform pan and raised at the edges.
Mix the topping with a whisk in a bowl (caution: it is thin!), pour into the mould and bake in the preheated oven at 200°C (electric oven) for one hour.
After baking, the cake is not yet firm, but only after it has cooled down completely.
ATTENTION: Do not remove from the mould until it is completely cold!
