Peel the onion, chop it coarsely and puree it. Cream butter and margarine with the whisk of the hand mixer. Add cream cheese and onion and whip for 2-3 minutes. Season with salt and paprika. Wash the chives, shake dry and cut into small rolls. Arrange bung cheese in a bowl, dust with paprika and sprinkle with chives. Pretzels, black pudding, liver sausage, gherkins and mustard are also delicious.
