  • 500 g Minced meat
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 kg Brussels sprouts
  • 150 g Cooked ham
  • 75 g Parmesan
  • 100 g Processed cheese
  • 150 g Cream
  • 2 Egg

Directions

    Season 500g minced meat with 1 egg, salt/pepper and place in an ovenproof dish. - -

    -1kg Brussels sprouts on top -150g cooked ham 75g grated Parmesan

  3. 3

    Mass of 100g processed cheese light, 150ml cream light, 2 eggs, nutmeg, salt/pepper pour over.
