Clean and wash broccoli, divide into small florets and cook in boiling salted water for about 7 minutes. Peel and finely dice the onion. Heat the fat in a pot and fry the onions in it.
Deglaze with the cream. Dice the cheese and let it melt in the sauce. Flavour with salt and pepper. Roast pine nuts in a pan. Drain broccoli and add to the sauce. Arrange in small bowls and sprinkle with the pine nuts.
