  • 1 Ei (Gr. M), 250 g Brokkoli
  • 100 ml Broth
  • 1 tsp (5 g) Sauce thickener
  • 10 g grated gouda
  • 1 tablespoon (10 g) ripened cream
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt, pepper,
  • 40 g Mashed potatoes "whole with milk"

    Boil the egg hard, peel and cut into slices. Steam broccoli florets for about 8 minutes in broth, remove. Bind the stock. Stir in cheese and cream, season

    Stir the mashed potatoes into 1/4 l of boiling water, season. Layer everything in a greased casserole dish and bake briefly
