Defrost the dough sheets side by side. Clean and wash the broccoli. Divide into florets. Cover and cook in boiling salted water for about 5 minutes. Drain well. Place the plates on top of each other and roll out about 35 x 40 cm. Whip over the roll, place on a tray
Spread broccoli and ham on the dough. Whisk sour cream and eggs, season well and pour on top. Grate the cheese and sprinkle over it. Bake in the preheated oven (electric range: 225 °C/circulating air: 200 °C/gas: level 4) on the lowest rack for 15-18 minutes
