Wash the salad leaves and drain well. Wash, clean and slice the tomatoes. Wash chives, shake dry and cut into thin rings. Whisk eggs, 2/3 chive rolls and milk in a bowl and season with salt and pepper.
Halve the bacon slices. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the slices of bacon crisply on both sides over medium heat. Take them out and put them on kitchen paper. Pour the egg-milk into the pan and let it set, pushing it together occasionally.
Cut toastis in half horizontally and toast. First spread 4 toasty halves thinly with butter, then cover with lettuce leaves, bacon, scrambled eggs and tomato slices. Sprinkle with remaining chives and cover each with one half of a toasti.
