Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 2 approx. 8 mm thick slices of cottage ham (à approx. 170 g)
  • 4 discs Rye bread (approx. 40 g each)
  • 60 g Butter
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper from the mill
  • 4 Eggs (size does not matter!)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp chopped parsley

Directions

    Cut the ham into cubes. Spread slices of bread with 10 g butter each, spread diced ham on top. Grind pepper on top and arrange on plates. Melt 20 g butter in a pan.

    Beat 4 eggs one after the other and carefully slide them into the pan. Fry over medium heat for about 3 minutes. (Use a spatula to pull the egg whites over the yolks) Season with salt and pepper and place on the ham sandwiches.

    Sprinkle with parsley.
