Ingredients

  • 60 g Mushrooms
  • 7-10 Tbsp a few stalks of chives
  • 2 Eggs
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Milk
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 TABLESPOON Oil
  • 2 discs Wholemeal bread
  • 7-10 Tbsp dried, pink berries

Directions

    Clean, wash and slice the mushrooms. Wash chives, dab dry and cut into small rolls. Whisk eggs and milk. Season with salt and pepper. Add chives.

    Fry the mushrooms in hot oil. Add the herb-egg mixture and let it set. Push together several times with a spatula. Spread the scrambled eggs on the slices of bread. Sprinkle with pink berries if desired.
