Ingredients

  • 1 glass (180 g) Cornichons
  • 300 g Mini-Mozzarella balls
  • 200 g Olives (e.g. green and black)
  • 250 g Hard cheese (e.g. Comté)
  • 100 g dried figs
  • 250 g cherry tomatoes
  • 200 g Grapes
  • 300 g Honey or cantaloupe melon
  • 150 g cooked ham in thin slices
  • 150 g Parma ham
  • 1 (approx. 1.5 kg) big loaf
  • 30–40 long wooden skewers
  • 7-10 Tbsp Masking Tape

Directions

    Drain the gherkins, mozzarella and olives. Dice hard cheese. Quarter figs. Wash tomatoes and grapes. Remove seeds from melon, peel and dice.

    Put prepared ingredients and ham on skewers as desired. Cut off approx. 1⁄3 from the bread. Put up the bread and insert the skewers.
