Cut the pretzel breadstick into thin slices. Heat 4 tablespoons of oil bit by bit in a pan. Fry the slices of bread crisply on both sides. For the vinaigrette, whisk vinegar, salt, pepper, mustard and honey. Add 2 tablespoons of oil drop by drop.
Peel and finely dice the onion and stir into the vinaigrette. Clean the salad, remove leaves from the stalk, wash, shake dry and pluck into bite-sized pieces. Clean, wash and slice the radishes. Carefully mix salad, radishes, sausage, slices of bread and vinaigrette. Arrange salad on a plate
