Bread salad with camembert

Ingredients

  • 2 discs Whole grain rye bread (à approx. 60 g)
  • 4 Gherkins (approx. 30 g each)
  • 125 g Camembert cheese, light
  • 1 small onions
  • 1 (100 g) red-shelled apple
  • 25 g Radish sprouts
  • 1 TABLESPOON White wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon (10 g) Honey
  • 1 tablespoon (10 g) Rape seed oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper

Directions

    Roast slices of bread and cut into cubes. Wash cucumbers, cut into slices and cheese into pieces. Peel onions and cut into fine slices. Wash apple, remove seeds and cut into pieces.

    Wash and sort the sprouts. Mix vinegar and honey. Add oil and season with salt and pepper. Mix bread cubes, cucumber slices, sprouts and cheese and onion slices with the vinaigrette and serve immediately.
